Charlie has a diverse professional background acquired primarily within the Healthcare Services sector. He has held key positions of executive leadership, including C level operations and sales management.
Initially, his Healthcare Industry career focus was exclusively on outside sales, within pharmaceutical and healthcare services organizations. After several years of success as a field sales representative, he became more broadly involved in the sales and marketing endeavors of his organization, ultimately assuming full responsibilty as VP of Sales.
As a natural progression of his passion for business success, Charlie accepted assignments and challenges in non sales arenas of the business. He did this concurrently with his sales leadership duties, building on the business management foundation he developed prior to work in the Healthcare Industry. He ultimately assumed both the roles of COO and VP of Sales. His sphere of leadership responsibilty has included all areas of business operations, human resources, sales and marketing and information technology.
Charlie has extensive experience sourcing top talent, developing high performing teams, and achieving business performance goals. Through many years of peer to peer teamwork and holding key leadership roles, he has developed a keen understanding of the vital importance of the hiring decision.
